Chinese Buffet Seafood Bake









1-1.5  lb. imitation crab meat 
12 oz. small shrimp cooked, shelled, cleaned and rinsed
3/4 c. sour cream 
1 tbsp. lemon juice 
Pinch of garlic salt 
2 c. Cheddar cheese 
1 1/2  pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
3 tbsp. mayonnaise 
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 
1 medium onion, chopped and caramelized
3-4 stalks cleaned and chopped celery

Mix together in casserole dish. Save half of Cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake at 325-350 degrees Fahrenheit  for 30 minutes..

The ingredients for this will run you about $15. It will feed four or serve six.
